  • How do I place my order?

    To place an order, please fill in the form on our Contact Us page. We aim to respond to your enquiry within 2-3 working days.

  • How many items are available to hire?

    Please fill in the form on our Contact Us page regarding the china you are interested in hiring. We will let you know what is available to hire in your chosen design. We aim to respond to your enquiry within 2-3 working days.

  • How do I receive my china order?

    We are based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.  Collection and return of your china is available and will be on an appointment basis.  Local delivery may also be available - subject to a delivery and collection charge.

  • What will be in my order?

    All your ordered items will be ready for your collection at the agreed appointment date and time. Your order will be carefully packed in our carry boxes.

  • Will my china match?

    Our Matching Trios consist of a matching cup, saucer and side plate (a 'Trio') which you can select from our Collection.  Our Ensemble Trios consist of a cup, saucer and side plate (a 'Trio') of assorted and varied non-matching china designs, which we would select for you. 

  • Do I need to wash the china before packing for return?

    Simply remove all excess foodstuffs and liquids from the china and re-pack the china unwashed in the carry boxes provided. 

  • What happens if I break or lose a china item whilst on hire to me?

    We love our china pieces and so are sad when items break or go missing but we also appreciate that accidents and losses can and do happen. Please see our Terms and Conditions for our Breakage/Loss Policy.

  • Can I put the china in a microwave or dishwasher?

    Please do not put any of our china in a microwave or dishwasher.
