Terms and Conditions
1. Deposit Policy:
Total order cost is payable at time of booking, via bank transfer.
2. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change.
Order cancellation 7 days or more before the collection date = 100% of total order cost paid will be returned via bank transfer.
Order cancellation anytime in the 7 day period before the collection date = 50% of total order cost paid will be returned via bank transfer.
3. Breakage/Loss Policy: Any broken/lost item is payable by the Hirer and will be charged at double the hire price of the item. Any part of a 'trio' (cup/saucer/plate) will be charged at the cost of the trio.
4. Standard hire period is 1-3 days.
5. Minimum hire order value = £20.00.
6. There may be some signs of acceptable wear on some vintage china pieces.
7. We will endeavour to supply your chosen china design. However, on occasion, it may be necessary to substitute items with a different china design, but which would be of the same high quality.
8. Hired items are always the property of Mabels Tea Table.
9. Hired items are the responsibility of the Hirer from (a) their collection to their return or (b) our delivery and our collection.
10. Items are to be signed for by the Hirer on (a) their collection and their return or (b) our delivery and our collection.
11. Mabels Tea Table does not accept any liability for personal injury or damage to property caused by the hire equipment during the hire period.
12. Privacy Policy: Mabels Tea Table will only use the personal data the Hirer provides for their order. Mabels Tea Table will never forward any contact details or any other information to a 3rd party.
